We stand behind every Aera paddle. If it doesn't perform the way it should, we'll make it right.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
30 days from the date your order is delivered.
If you're not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days for a refund. We may ask questions but that is solely to understand how we can improve and won't impact your return.
Conditions:
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Paddle must not be intentionally damaged or misused
- Normal signs of light use are acceptable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective)
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show excessive damage beyond normal use.
1-Year Limited Warranty
All Aera paddles are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural failure under normal play conditions
- Core Separation
- Handle Defects
- Edge guard separation due to manufacturing fault
If your paddle has a defect under warranty, we will:
- Replace the paddle, or
- Offer store credit
Proof of purchase required for all warranty claims.
What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Surface scratches, cosmetic scuffs or paint wear
- Damage caused by hitting the ground, fences, or other objects
- Cracks caused by impact outside of normal gameplay
- Exposure to extreme heat (e.g. leaving paddle in a hot car)
- Modifications or alterations
- Grip wear or replacement grips
While we ensure our quality is up to standards, nothing lasts forever. Cosmetic wear does not affect performance is not considered a defect.
