Australian delivery.

Free standard Australian shipping.

  • Standard: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Express: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Delivery estimates start after dispatch, exclude weekends and public holidays, and vary by postcode and carrier conditions. Remote locations and disruptions may take longer. Nationwide next-day delivery is not promised.

Tracking is emailed on dispatch. The delivery estimates above start after dispatch, not when you place an order.

Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s tracking information to update.

Delivery beyond Australia.

We ship to destinations supported at checkout. Available services, rates and estimated delivery times are shown before you pay.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges are your responsibility. Customs processing may affect delivery times and is outside Aera’s control.

Something needs attention?

Delivery issue.

If your parcel is lost, damaged in transit or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, email support@aeraplay.com. Include your order number and the relevant delivery details so we can investigate.

Wrong address.

Check your delivery details before ordering. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll try to update the address before dispatch, but changes aren’t guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
