Are your paddles USAP certified?
Currently, they are not USAP certified. Our paddles still undergo PBCoR testing at the factory.
We are committed to supporting players in tournament play, and are working with USAP and the factory to get our paddles certified for tournament play.
How long do the paddles last?
Aera paddles are built for long-lasting performance and, with proper care, can deliver consistent play well beyond a year. Lifespan depends on how often and intensely you play, with frequent players naturally experiencing wear sooner.
Every paddle is backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for added peace of mind.
Is this paddle good for beginners?
Yes, Aera paddles are designed to be forgiving, balanced, and easy to control, making them suitable for beginners while still offering the performance needed as your game improves.
The large sweet spot and stable construction help with consistency and confidence on contact, so you won’t outgrow it as your skill level increases.
What's the difference between Aera paddles and other paddles?
Aera paddles are built with premium performance materials - including a Toray T700 carbon fibre face and thermoformed, foam-injected construction - to deliver an enhanced stability, and a clean, consistent feel on contact.
Beyond performance, Aera focuses on minimal, technical design and long-term playability, giving you a paddle that looks refined and performs at a high level.

How long will it take for my order to be fulfilled?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from our Melbourne warehouse.
Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

For Australian orders, standard shipping typically takes 2–8 business days after dispatch. International delivery times will vary by country.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@aeraplay.com
with your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it can’t be cancelled, but you may be eligible to return it in line with our returns policy.
Do you offer donations or event sponsorships?
We support selected events and community initiatives through product sponsorships.
While we don’t offer cash donations, we may provide Aera paddles as prizes or giveaways. Please contact us with details about your event for consideration.
